Products and Services
Different types of coatings
- High-performance coatings
- We have experience in producing high-performance coatings for racing applications based on copper, copper-iron and ceramic blends such as: differential discs, clutch discs, rally brakes, drifting, off-road, drag and tuning cars, as well as for ATVs, motorcycles, go-karts and bicycles. Parts meeting military application requirements. (We develop custom coatings according to your technical parameters and needs, such as size, load, torque and other parameters.) We can jointly develop a coating material that meets your specific needs.
- Wet friction coatings
- The first copper-based sintered discs we produced over 30 years ago were for multi-plate clutches for military vehicles. They were created after three years of experimentation and one year of field testing for the best samples. We know a lot about these coatings and can do almost anything. Our coating thickness starts from 0.15 mm, shapes and sizes are not a problem, if we do not have suitable equipment, if necessary we will create it.
- Dry friction coatings
- At about the same time, we created our first copper-based dry friction material with a high content of non-metallic components. Parts produced with it were subjected to the same uncompromising tests, and the result was impressive - 6 to 8 times improvement in control parameters increasing combat effectiveness. Coating thickness starts from 0.5 mm.
- Anti-friction coatings
- Coatings made from mixtures that reduce the coefficient of friction, used primarily for axial sliding bearings and other technical applications. Coating thickness starts from 0.3 mm.
